Custom House Portraits
A custom framed house painting is a perfect, one-of-a-kind gift that will be cherished for years to come. Each one is inked and painted by hand making it unique. I can even add personalized touches like a family pet on the porch or a special car in the driveway.
House paintings start at $150 for an 8”x10” watercolor on archival, 140 lb (300 g), 100% cotton, acid free, high quality, watercolor paper. Each painting is presented mounted on a white 11”x14 matting, backer, and wrapper. Frames start at just $20!
Postcards and Folding Cards
A simple watercolor painting on a postcard or folding card is a wonderful way to let your friends and family know about your new home. These clean and simple cards can even include custom wording such as your new address, “Our First Home”, “Just Moved”, or “Our New House”.
Postcards come in one size, 4”x6”, and start at $60 for the custom artwork and 25 cards. Need more? They are only $1* more per card.
Folding cards come in two sizes 4”x6” and 5”x7” and start at $75 for the custom artwork plus 25 cards and envelopes. Need more? They are available for only $1.50* more a dollar more per card.
